With over two decades of leadership in the hospitality and leisure industry, Chris brings extensive experience in operations, business expansion, and strategic growth. A results-driven operator, Chris has successfully overseen both independent and multi-site businesses, led international franchise expansions, and driven operational efficiencies to maximise profitability. His experience covers everything from pre-opening consultancy and site development to streamlining business operations and improving financial performance. Whether restructuring a business to increase efficiency or introducing new revenue streams, Chris has a proven track record of delivering results and makes him a trusted partner for hospitality businesses looking to refine operations and accelerate growth.
Chris was instrumental in the growth of Carluccio’s, overseeing the opening of around 40 restaurants. He led expansion into Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, Turkey, and Ireland, ensuring consistency in brand, service, and operational efficiency across all locations. He later took on senior leadership roles, including Operations Director and Managing Director positions, where he focused on driving profitability, refining operational processes, and building high-performing teams. Beyond the numbers, Chris is passionate about people. He has built strong leadership teams, developed training programs, and fostered workplace cultures that drive engagement and long-term success. His ability to work across all business areas, from frontline teams to board-level strategy, makes him a highly effective consultant for businesses looking to scale, improve profitability, or navigate operational challenges.
